Infectious culture, walkable campus and pretty decent mobile service discount.
Cons
This place will find a way to keep you hoping... wither it is hoping for a new manager or a better team or even better pay. This place had a lot of great plans for its people back in the pre sprint merger days. But ever since then everything stared to turn into another regular cold corporation who don't see the value of its people. The only way to move up in here is if you know someone from the inside in the position you want to move into.
