Major upside in growth for upmarket selling. Multitude of partners/tools at disposal to help win.

Cons

Feels like we have to fight harder for the sale internally than externally. CRM is flawed at best. Identify company segment in order to confirm ROE is painstaking . Can be information overload/ constantly changing directives.
