      Pros

      Great people and opportunities to grow, if you are willing to put in the work, time and are willing to relocate. Great benefits, some of the best I have seen.

      Cons

      It's customer service. So if you don't like people, this job is not for you. The money can be tempting but you have to be able to work both individually and as a team and that is hard for some people.
