Pros

- Super Flexible - Lots of time off - Good Benefits - Great Bonus - Great place for low-average performers, you'll be very well compensated, and will never face any consequences

Cons

- Dangerous nonchalance/negligence of training - For someone who grew from an intern up, be ready to be vastly underpaid; be ready to train and mentor new hires with the same title, who are paid 15%+ more - Pay difference between low performers and high performers is very minimal, leads to issues with motivation - Career development is reactive, they'll wait for you to be unhappy or threaten to leave before taking action

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
