      Pros

      No commission caps, great benefits, is not very stressful (if you love retail and sales), and the potential to make a lot of money.

      Cons

      There are no excused absences even if you do have a doctor's note. This job can really suck if your manager decides they don't care for you. I notice that a lot of favoritism is paid. Since there is no union, the manager can give you hours based off of performance, even if you are full time.
