Pros
I have met some great people.
Cons
Okay so this may be lengthy but it’s worth the read, I promise. I have worked here at the meridian call center for almost TEN YEARS. A whole decade. In that time I have had my ups and downs. But overall I didn’t hate it. However, in 2011 I was diagnosed with Anxiety disorder which I managed fairly well being on FMLA a few times. As of October 2017 I began having SEVERE debilitating panic attacks 3-5 times a week and went on leave in Dec. Long story short my disability claim was approved for 30 days only. Then denied because they said that MAYBE I wasn’t really disabled, I just had the wrong type of job. I provided an additional 60 pages of medical records in addition to the 10 pages provided by two Drs initially. It was STILL denied. I have up to 4-5 appointments a week to maintain my mental heath and the point here is....Tmobile doesn’t give a crap. The third party “clinician” they use to make these decisions doesn’t give a crap. After almost TEN years of loyal service this company they forced me to disclose vulnerable medical record information (which included office notes from my counselor) and they STILL couldn’t stand to pay me 400 measley dollars a week so I can survive and get better. The worst part is that if I had cancer or a broken leg this would be a different story. It’s because it’s mental health. The taboo. Because you can’t SEE it. It’s discriminatory in the worst way. So no, I don’t have anything good left to say. I feel defeated and discriminated against to say the least. And at worst they have made my disease worse. My experience has been horrrible. Don’t buy the hype. Free T-shirt’s and lame parties aren’t worth it. Because when you NEED them they aren’t there. Not even after ten years.
