Pros

GREAT pay from commission if you meet and consistently exceed quota. The people are cool and each day is new and exciting. Your smart-phone bill goes from $100 to $10...and that's only if you want internet. Discounts on phones and great benefits package.

Cons

You MUST be able to handle customers blaming you for things THEY did wrong or that T-Mobile did poorly. The base salary is pretty bad. If your manager doesn't like you your hours will suck and you might risk missing quota or just not being able to have a life outside of work.

This has been the best workplace for me so far. Love the energy, management, people, workplace, free food every now and then, great coffee.

IT department can be more proactive.
