      Pros

      decent pay. really laid back company. discounted service and phones. the health dental and vision benefits are wonderful! easy to get promoted.

      Cons

      long hours as a manager. the systems are pretty antiquated. lots of procedures that are just time wasters but it is getting better.

      This has been the best workplace for me so far. Love the energy, management, people, workplace, free food every now and then, great coffee.
