Pros

You get what you make out of it. If you sit in the back all day you'll get paid less in commissions. If you help your team learn how to overcome hesitation, do observations, and proactively engage with customers you'll do great in commissions.

Cons

There's less coaching received and can foster less than ideal results. Unless you are a self motivated person you won't get much training.
