Worst period in my entire career - Senior R&D Engineer TAFE Employee Review

Entire company is a disaster. No culture. No work life balance. Every practice they follow is worst. One who questions the management is considered bad employee and will be giver poor rating and boss's pets will be given good rating and hike even if they don't know anything about the vehicle. Indirect discrimination based on community.
