Pros

They have very generous benefits package. Especially their Pension contribution. 23 day of paid vacation at time of hire...(Very generous unless you work in the Call Center!) Had some great co-workers.

Cons

The company has two very distinct and polar cultures. You either belong to a country club or your serving a prison sentence. There is major lack of competence at all levels of management. Communication is non-existent and when senior management elects to communicate with employees, it is one way only. They never ask for feedback. All departments within company are in their own separate silo and information does not pass freely between them.

Pros

Great work life balance, good benefits, decent pay, ease of running your own practice as an “advisor”, and healthy work environment

Cons

Management styles can vary and affect your experience, upper management doesn’t seem to be well equipped to ensure the organization’s success but it is resilient nonetheless.

Pros

Compensation is great for advisors once they are promoted to VP. Everyone else has to wait a year and hope for a good rating that's more of a game than merit based

Cons

Woke culture, reverse discrimination, very frustrating to do business with as a client
