      Pros

      I have been with TTEC for more than 7 years now and counting. If that's not enough proof how I love TTEC. I wanna say that I enjoy all of the incentives that I get from the company.

      Cons

      Lots of work. But it's all worth it!

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
