Pros

You can work from home.

Cons

Management ignores you completely, you have a preset schedule that changes from day to day, you are promised a raise but never receive one, you work very hard and maintain Great surveys and nps scores but are still ignored. Your paychecks are constantly docked for technical difficulties on the companies end. Not to mention you are only allowed 2 10min breaks and one 30 min lunch that you clock out for, once clocked out the system logg's you off and you spend an extra 10 min logging back on, all docked from your pay. Doesn't matter how valuable you are you are disposed of and lied to About any opportunities to continue your employment.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

Cons

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
