      The people is the best reason to be here, talent development comes from all people you interact daily, teletech has the best staff in Mexico City.

      Cons

      The competitors in the city are still paying more, even with the compensation increase in the Dish campaign

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
