      Pros

      Solid company direction and vision. Leaders are very accessible to employees. There are tons of opportunity for employees to learn and get engaged with the business on key initiatives.

      Cons

      Everything seems to be a top priority. Need to be able to prioritize better so resources can be allocated appropriately.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
