Pros

Work from home and that's about it.

Cons

I couldn't even make it to production because the technology TeleTech uses for its agents required me to have to purchase a new router. Their network is so horrendously slow that the only way I could've connected was to either disconnect my router and risk the safety of my computer or get a new router. My router works fine...using it right now as a matter of fact. Sorry, but I'm not looking to spend $100 on a $9.00 an hour job. That router would have cost me 11 hours of pay. No thanks.

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
