Pros

There are executive level staff that actually care about the people employed at the company, but in doing so they risk their own status with company. It's a caustic culture at best.

Cons

Quality of deal flow is not scrutinized and actual fulfillment of contractual commitments is optional in the minds of many that work there...given that management simply wants revenue...even if it isn't sustainable. The business model of the core business is fading and the margins are slipping...Teletech talks about innovation, but actual change seems too risky to most...per their actions versus their words.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
