      Pros

      Good starter job to get the ball rolling. Flexible schedules, especial when in school, Tuition reimbursement up to 2000.00 (1000.00/yr.), if you can commit yourself for a year or more. If you perform well and stay at the top of your game, you can go anywhere within the company.

      Cons

      Corporate Politics, don't pay as well as they should. tools used to perform your job perform well, but could use some major improvements.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
