Pros

Having worked in TeleTech's corporate HQ, employees were generally not micromanaged. Salary was comfortable although a bit lower than industry average for my position. Full bene's/401k w a 3% match, accumulate paid time off every paycheck. Underground parking garage was nice on snowy days. Fast paced work environment and managers were always quick to give praise. Very decent corporate culture, which made going to work much better.

Cons

Stagnant salary... I can't count the number of great employees ttec lost while I was there because they could go get higher pay from the company down the street.. And in 2 years I didn't get a one raise, which is the same as losing money to inflation (That's ultimately why I left). Health insurance was not the best with a $1,300 deductible before it kicked in. Work life balance was not ideal- managers expect a lot from subordinates.

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
