      Pros

      It is possible to go pretty far in the company professionally. You have to ignore your personal life to do it though.

      Cons

      When you are an individual contributor and even front line management the pressure to perform is really high. Upper management treats you like dirt and that they are very superior to those below them. The benefits are expensive comparatively to other companies especially those with as many employees.

      Back to back calls but is manageable.

      Pros

      Worked at home. All equipment was sent to me. Awesome managers and employees.

      Cons

      Computer messed up a lot. I had to call IT to fix it a lot. Had to meet your goal every month or you would get wrote up.
