Pros

Fun job, seemingly forgiving attendance policy, decent benefits, work from home, motivating people, fun winnable contests with great prizes

Cons

Technical issues with Teletech's programs, will tell you that as long as you can get some to cover your shift you are fine... if no one choses to cover your shift and you still have to miss you are fired, even after being hired on from temporary, if you are in pps you can not email your entire department to find coverage if you can not make a shift, instead you have to just sit in chat when you are not on shift and keep trying to get someone to take your shift which can be fruitless even with several unpaid hours wasted, but other departments can making them more likely to be able to get coverage for a missed shift than pps is unrealistic time call length quota if you are are in pps, stuck seeing and reading about all of the awesome games and promotions sales are eligible for that you are not if you are in pps.

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
