      Pros

      What I admire about TTEC are the culture and growth opportunities. Also the people I work with were very passionate about their craft especially within the Talent Attraction team and people from different parts of the globe.

      Cons

      The basic salary is below market benchmark and the challenge sometimes is you are expected to do both things from ad content creatives to campaign management but it was still a good exposure for me.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
