Pros
Tableau is the leader in BI software and it has achieved that by hiring incredibly smart people. Tableau devotes tons of resources to increasing employees' ability to do their jobs.
Cons
Pay could be a little more competitive. I know consulting firms are chomping at the bit to get ahold of some of Tableau's employees, so compensation will be a huge differentiator for those choosing to stay or leave.
