      flexible hours, management was always easy to work with.

      Cons

      were more willing to promote men over women and pay was higher for men. had very high expectations but wanted to pay managers barely over minimum wage but expected a lot from them.

      Rude management Unfair pay No lunch breaks No fresh air breaks if you dont smoke Not allowed to sit Not allowed to stop to get a drink No food or drinks infront of customers Racist isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Homophobia isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Ableism isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Management will verbally put you down if you dont do good enough Very understaffed Works you 10+ hours in one day
