      TCS has a lot of clients and they can secure you projects in case of any lay offs.

      Cons

      Slow growth. Salary hikes are so less, that you might not even notice.

      Will get opportunity to work on various type of projects.

      Cons

      Salary is comparably low. Project allocation main based on the availability. Sometime need to work on project which are not meant for you.
