      - Open Structure, u can challenge your boss and live to see another day - Free room for thought. - new ideas appreciated. - You can get away with it, if you are not interested in working - If you can dream, deliver then no one stops you. Its your baby..

      Cons

      - Compensation not market standards - Promotions not by merit but Seniority, however worthless the person is - Lot of senior people sitting around doing nothing.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
