      Technology-Depth oriented projects are less but whatever are there are good Architects are good and knowledgeable but cannot say the same about Managers Good Onsite oppurtunities if stick for more than 2/3 years Variety of projects If you have good relations with Manager then things will be easy going

      Cons

      Work Life Balance is missing The training at Trivandrum is NOTHING but PAID VACATION Heavy Bureuacratic culture Lots of politics for onsite oppurtunities

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
