Their training had value but not now.. as there are no monitoring of results.Its a paid vacation for few months initially.
Cons
Aged staff with no skills or leadership just feeding on the inefficient policy to retain people with or without skills. Politician in the name of Managers try to use all good work from team to their benefit.It drives the excellence away from the company.
