Pros
- If you compare a package of 6 in TCS vs other company you will get more in hand in TCS - a lot of leaves - one can think of having a work life balance after 6-7 years of experience, definitely not for 2-3 years folks
Cons
- Resource management is poor. People with correct skill are not allocated to relevant projects - Salary gets reduced if your annual rating changes - lack of centralization and transparency - The primary skill set of onsite is VISA - Your PL is everything, they can make or break your career in one shot
