      Good place to work. lots of oppertunity for leadership growth. L&D processes are good. you can change projects within TCS across domain and technologies.

      Cons

      limited oppertunity to gain Technical expertise. lots of internal responsibilities are assigned. Lots of delegation of work by middle management. developer end up doing manangement as well as coding .

      Very good experience, work life balance, good pay

      Link and understanding between top and lower management/employees needs improvement. But otherwise it’s a great place to work

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
