Pros
good for freshers. onsite opp good if lucky. communication by senior management is ok, some accounts follow processes, provide for events etc.
Cons
Less salary, no or very less raise, appraisal review process not transperant. if you shift projects between appraisal cycle, appraisal is done by old management which surely wil not be good and salary will be REDUCED. HR attitude is bad and arrogant. Immediate managemnt is not helpful or caring for employees needs. People working late hours/ weekends is common and expected.
