1.Best company for settling in life 2.Very much employee friendly 3.Great mediclaim policy 4.Unlimited learning opportunities like fresco play,ievolve and access to Udemy. 5.Scholarship for Higher studies for eligible candidates. 6.Fair amount of leaves and leave without pay.For women 6 months of materninty leave with salary and 1 year of Leave without pay.
Cons
1.Always try to join after gaining some experiance.Salary for freshers is very less and can't imagine of reaching a decent CTC with annual band or increments. 2.Once you resign company,can't come back.So literally for all freshers,opt TCS once you gain some experience.Its really great.
