      Cant say much. It is a crowded environment and you have to struggle to get everything

      Work life balance Still in a stone age of writing email for the Exit process. Will trouble employee and will not respect or hear your concerns if you resigned and in notice period

      Link and understanding between top and lower management/employees needs improvement. But otherwise it’s a great place to work

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
