Good to work at this firm as a fresher right out of college. It provides opportunities to learn different technologies. Opportunity to work and complete a post-graduate diploma simultaneously.
Cons
Appraisal is even less than peanuts. No opportunity to work abroad. Managers lack vision and are not capable of mentoring young associates. Groupism ,neoptism and lack of cross-cultural sensitivity. People love to work with legacy technologies and tools and lack awareness and implementation or early adoption towards newer technologies.
