Pros

1) Green Campus:- Fully green campus with solar power supply 2) Good Package at the time of joining.

Cons

1) No Shared Resource Policy - Resource is released from project once the work for SOW is over. 2) None Competent RMG - Once we are on bench we have to search our project and after 60 days we are shown the doors to walk out of the company 3) Puppet for Peers:- Inspite of being project manager, entire decision making such as Selecting resource or reusing existing sources or billing the resources or interacting with client is all at the desecration of Competency head. Project Manager is never allowed to intract with client and task will to deligated to on-site client representatives with no power to manager. NO PROCESS IN SHORT. 4) Only Excel:- None of the projects use project management tool and every thing is done using excel. 5) No Business Team:- Every resources is expected to bring ideas and business. There is no seperate business or process team who would analyse existing business and propose new functionalities. 6) Nine Hour in campus Policy:- Regardless of you having to attend evening calls it is mandatory to stay inside the campus for 9 hours. You will have Factory like feeling. 7) Cafetaria:- No good food in cafeteria. 8) Work from Home:- Only 3 days allowed but at the descreation of Manager. Only for P1 band and above for male employee

Provides exposure to newer technologies to enhance your profile. But that's about it!

Cons

Project Management and Human Resources are total jokes at this firm. Both are absolutely non-committed to supporting the Associates at any level. Especially in situations where a fellow Team Associate/Lead egregiously violates the Terms and Conditions of rhe Signed Employment Offer Letter where they attempt to stake ownership over a Client Deliverable but legally they're not allowed to but Project Management will let it be blown under the rug without repercussions for Associates who are seen as more valuable than others but if you're impacted here as the victim then good luck trying to fight and get it reversed because: 1. You'll more than likely be released to the bench soon after; 2. No matter if you put your head down and engage your positive energies towards moving on in a positive direction, eventually you'll be victimized here too as that same Project Management will be sure to hurt your chances for future project allocations eventually resulting in your HR Notice being served upon you and an eventual dismissal. 3. Even more unethical on their part is the lack of reality when you do come forward to file your grievance either with your Regional HR or Business HR, they will use the "Terms and Conditions" of the Employment Offer Letter against you even though you've been done wrong. They have no remorse here and in hindsight, regardless of when you file this grievance, they don't care! Their stance is their stance! POINT, BLANK AND PERIOD!
