flexible timing, not very high work pressure, very good for married people who like to work on the 9 to 5 time schedule
Cons
a lot to go along with this, no recognition of talent and hard work, lot of politics, poor compensation, onsite opportunities to only few favorite people and no rotation policy at all, no transparent policies for anything
