Pros
Hire and throw away employees. Treat US employees as minorities. Get use to being a second class employee if you are in US and not H-1B visa holder. Work with great engineers, but the administration is stiflingly bureaucratic where you need 40 emails to get anything done - as simple as a change of home address required a chain of 40 emails and business unit head permissions. All this indicates that the upper management does not trust the line employees
Cons
Below industry average pay and bonus. Lack of trust for employees. Incompetent management and leadership. All focus is in India corporate HQ, so al US employees are second class. Travel is forbidden in order to reduce expenses. Expense management is a nightmare.
