Pros
- The supermarket just on the ground floor in the same building. - The client employees you provide support to, are nice professional people. - I won't have time enough to list all the negative feedback.
Cons
- The Pros above are not for Tech Mahindra. - Apathetic atmosphere. - No benefits at all except for 3990ft a month to spend on horrible coffee from a machine or on junk food when was working, almost every month for a few days if not a week was blocked from the supply company because apparently Tech Mahindra was late in paying the bills according to the supplier that was informing us with a note on the machine. Hilarious right? - Worst kitchen I ever seen from a company, if you can call it a kitchen when almost everything a company kitchen should have it's missing. - Poor communication to improve service between Tech Mahindra and client. - Very poor process knowledge from Subject Matter Expert (not their fault). - Absent management for the big majority of the time I worked there. - If management is present "physically" they find it very hard to even say hello. - No feedback, no 1on1 or meetings to know what’s going on. - Poor training when I first started, maybe it still is. - It took approx. two months for some even longer to have basic tools and accesses ready to start work properly. - Payroll problems. - Absent HR for a while, seems solved in recent days, couldn't get worst. - I can keep going but my time for Tech Mahindra ends right now.
