Everything else. Management is very poor. Compensation is minimum. They will make you work 12-14 hours a day and on weekends and on holidays without paying any overtime. They are just exploiting their employees. They don't care about their employees. A person doing good work gets less salary than a person doing no work. No appraisals at all. They have more non-technical middle managers than the resources who do actual work. If, say, they have 2 resources on the ground doing work then they have atleast 3-4 middle managers who try to supervise those 2 resources. It is a good company for managers, who don't want to do any work. This company is very cheap and miser.
