      - Health Care Benefits were decent

      Cons

      - Only 15 days of PTO - Management communication is poor; my manager changed multiple times while I was there and I was unaware until it was time to do evaluation time - Their benefits portal is complicated/not easy to navigate - The culture is inclusive in hiring, but not in the work environment, some of the projects I managed the development teams were difficult to work with, they could be condescending, vague about status of their tasks and overall, not great communicators.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
