rarely write reviews, but my experience here compels me to warn others. This company operates with little regard for employee well-being, professionalism, or basic workplace ethics. Office is very far, takes 2 hours to reach. So your 4 hours will go in travelling. Cabs don't have AC not even in summers Unexplained Salary Deductions: Every month, ₹4,000–₹5,000 is deducted from salaries without any transparency. HR is either unaware or unwilling to explain the reason behind these deductions. Chaotic Week Offs: Week offs are split and rotational, making it impossible to maintain a consistent personal routine or rest properly. Unstable Shift Timings: Shifts range from 3:00 AM to 9:30 PM and rotate every two months. This constant change wreaks havoc on sleep cycles and mental health. No Respect for Leave: Taking leave—even for genuine health issues—is a battle. You’re expected to work while sick, and leave requests are often denied or ignored. Unprofessional Team Leads: Some TLs lack basic knowledge of their roles. Instead of supporting the team, they spend time gaming or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward female colleagues. Toxic Management: The higher-level managers are even worse—unapproachable, dismissive, and uninterested in employee concerns. There’s no accountability or support. Exploitative Culture: Employees are treated more like laborers than professionals. There’s no appreciation, no growth, and no respect. Bottom Line: If you're looking for a workplace that values its people, fosters growth, and maintains basic professionalism—this is not it. Proceed with caution.

Pros

* Pay arrives on time, consistently. * Benefits package is decent relative to the industry. * They do invest in internal training programs.

Cons

* Promotions happen, but pay raises simply do not — in three years, I never witnessed a single one, regardless of title or tenure. * They clawed back a 1% cost-of-living raise by quietly cutting variable pay by an equivalent amount. * Overtime is effectively off the table. Budget comes first, always. * HR exists on paper only. Don't expect support or resolution when you need it. * Expense reimbursements — including professional certifications — are like pulling teeth. Expect a fight. * Benefits and perks have been steadily eroded over time to cut costs. * Certain groups of employees are visibly and consistently treated with less respect, given fewer opportunities, and held to different standards than others. Leadership has shown no interest in addressing it.
