Marred by middle management and no transparency - Senior Software Engineer Teradata Employee Review

We appreciate your review, and are sorry you did not have a better experience. As with any transformation, rapid change and growth are expected. It may take our teams some more time to get up to speed, but we are all working hard to get there. We have been working to increase transparency by hosting more frequent town halls to discuss the applications roadmap and how that roadmap fits into the overall Teradata strategy. We are also working on outlining key engineering initiatives that will allow Raleigh to work more closely with the rest of Teradata product development.
