The use of data processing is exploding in the world, and processing with scale matters everywhere. Teradata does processing on scale. Teradata has been changing its products fast enough to overcome the technology competition on the market, our CEO and Product Officer are brilliant technology visionary people. They lead a software factory that is delivering.
Cons
The field operates on global scale with lots of discrepancies, inefficiencies and as a result, frustration for execution level. This includes sales and all kind of consulting and delivery roles. Field management is only driven by sales mentality and sales management, which keeps TD in a strict product centric operational maturity.
