You are awared and recognized for your work Training provided in teradata technolgy is of top notch Fortune 500 customers to work with
Cons
Pay disparity is present - new hires paid more than exisitng ones for same work and role company has a bond on 30 months for graduate hires ( which is demotivating ) Company hires for various positons but later transfers them into MS support (DBA roles ) as it has major work there and lacks project in other departments
