Ineffectual union Awful overtime management Increasingly poor benefits and contract rules. Over my time here I saw Bank Holiday allowances go from time and a half to time and a quarter if that. Newer starters consistently got worse deals than the last. Shop consistently understaffed, store manager consistently sort to min/max earnings for the shop at the detriment to floor staff. While training exists to allow for upward progression, the incentives aren’t there to encourage the increased responsibility.
