fairly laid back at first. ok the work there if you are wanting to get to other places or as an in-between job, reasonable pay.
Cons
line managers very disrespectful toward staff treated as a number as oppose to an individual person no regard for people acutally having a personal live that does not revolve around working all times of day at the workplace. no regard for job satisfaction or progression.
