poor management, treated as just a number, never ending demands , doing jobs that you are not trained for. mental health/sickness was made fun of by managers and humiliated in front of other colleagues about privet matters by managers. no improvement if you are a good worker the managers try to keep you under their thumb with promises of promotions and opportunities just to keep disappointing and avoiding the subject when a chance arises.
