      Pros

      Very flexible, easy enough picking people’s orders, made loads of lovely friends, good benefits, lots of overtime.

      Cons

      Having to keep up with the pick rate, get penalized for stopping to talk to anyone whilst other departments chat for ages and don’t get bothered! Repetitive work
