Pros
I love all the employees I have worked with over the years and have made some life-long friends. I appreciated what the company stood for when I first started on as an assistant manager and took pride in working for a company with values. I truly love the product and will use a lot of key items even after I'm gone. I enjoy the hands-on customer service and relationship building The Body Shop promotes in its selling model.
Cons
The Body Shop is very meager with pay increases, and I have not received more that $1.25 in total pay increases since working for the company for seven years. I have been placed in a training role for my district with zero compensation. I am tired of upper management changing every 1-2 years, but not before trying to "re-invent the wheel" with unrealistic financial goals and selling behaviors. There have been a number of times that I have worked off the clock.
