Pros
There are defined procedures to follow. You have clearly set yet highly unattainable goals. The company makes money. In the location it is in, there is not a lot of other opportunities with as much showmanship.
Cons
If you are single, have no family, and have no other outside hobbies/interests--this is the perfect job for you. 7 day work weeks are the norm and when you take time off you are seen as not being committed to their culture. Ask them what their turnover rate is and ask to speak to current employees before accepting a position--ask for a list of former employees doubt they have 1 they could give you. Get their promises in writing--your number will come up even if you are in the inner circle.
